Please note that when making a reservation a non-refundable deposit equivalent to your first night’s stay or 20% of the total cost of your stay, for longer bookings, will be charged.

CANCELLATION CHARGES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
Cancellation less than 7 days prior to stay, or early departure may result in the full length of stay being charged unless a subsequent booking can be secured by either party.
